Good quality, simple outlines.

I bought several of the colouring books in this series for my 88 year old mother. She loved them! The paper was good quality so that the felt pens didn't show through. The outlines were simple enough for her to add her own shading or detail, and not overly fussy, which she finds overwhelming.
